General Contracting

We have a keen interest in building the best homes that we know how to build.  Toward that goal we sometimes contract with our clients for the complete construction of their homes.  We believe that a timber frame home with 12” thick clay-straw walls is the best home we can build in our climate.

EcoNest Exterior Walls and Framing

The leading proponent of this building system is the EcoNest company of Santa Fe, New Mexico.  We are proud to be the EcoNest affiliate builder in the Wyoming and Idaho region.  We only general contract one home at a time and we have chosen to focus on building EcoNest homes.

Quite simply, Econests are a joy to build and inhabit!  To learn more about these remarkable homes and to see if this might be the right building system for you, click here.

Why would you choose TTF to be your builder?

We bring experience, integrity, and a talented team of subcontractors to each home we build. We pride ourselves in making accurate estimates of construction costs and project schedules and sticking to them. We deliver a high degree of craftsmanship in all the work we do, and our homes often include custom millwork from the reclaimed timber that was used to cut the frame.
